YUUMM!!! This is a good one. I mean it. This soup is delicious! I'm going to make it again and again this fall for breakfast, lunch and dinner (well... maybe not breakfast). Make a large batch and store it in the fridge for a week, or even freeze some and enjoy it much later! Like most soups, this one only tastes better the day after it's made when everything has been soaking and seasoning for a day. Try serving it with the seed rolls post below!
