A while back I sent a promo to an adorable online magazine I found called Delighted Magazine. I got a response from Amanda, the editor, asking me if I had any recipes or photo essay's I'd like to have published in the winter issue and my answer was -YES OF COURSE! We settled on my swedish pancakes (recipe & photo can also be found in my HONEST: A Fall Feast). I particularly love when I get to photograph a family recipe, as is the case with these pancakes. The recipe came from my fiancé's mom, Annie & is a breakfast she used to make my fiancé (Jake) & his sister time & time again when they were growing up.
